
Who doesn't love a humungous freakin' sandwich every now again (or more often than every now and again)? I certainly do! And I love Monte Cristo sandwiches a lot, which is why this Monte Cubano from
Gourmet's March 2009 issue caught my eye. The garlicy mayonnaise really made this outstanding, and it smelled wonderful as it cooked!
