
For a quick Good Friday post, I thought I'd share with you the meal I had on Wednesday night at my dad's, when treated my brother and me to a nice meaty feed. The reason for this had to do with the fact that my dad had a bunch of locally made English sausages that he had to cook up, since they were previously frozen. He made Jem and me a great breakfast for dinner, including some back bacon, locally made double smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and toast.
Breakfast for dinner rocks!
