Candid Bacon - Now with Meme!

I have to make bacon, I have a new camera.

They take a long time to prepare (but you can freeze the dough, then thaw and rise overnight) but it's worth it for layers and layers of flakey pastry and butter -  Croissants. 

The bacon is from Beef Mart in Valporaiso, Indiana, my favorite butcher shop, ever.
